Extra energy or regen?
Ok so often i come across the tought choice of takeing more energy and less regen, or vica-verca.
Usually i take the 12-16 more energy in place of the 1 pip of en. regen, but is this that good of an idea? If i wanted to spam heals and protects to withstand an onslaught of W/E, which should would you recommend?

use extra regen untill you run out of energy, then switch weapons to get extra energy
gets you out of tight spots

o wow. I've never even thought about the possibility of using 2 weapon sets to acheive a common goal.....that is one thing that seems to be undermined while creating characters. Thanks.

People sometimes take 3 sets, one with 0 or less than 0 energy, one normal, one with high energy low regen. If you are being wither/malaise'd you can switch to the low energy one to cancel them out, if you need energy now, you can switch to the high energy one.

My monk switches between yakslapper and a +27 -1 symbol, it's kept someone alive a fair few times (still trying to find out how a guildy monk got 80.. lol)

i use a 3rd weapon with a plus 19% enchantment for special occassions along with extra health on another and extra energy on the last
click and switch as needed

It works best if you have a means of climbing out of negative energy if the fight goes long. Offering of Blood, Ether Prodigy, and other energy management skills can really shine in these situations.
Try an E/Mo with 2 negative regen items (+15 energy, -1 wand and +27 energy, +30 health, -1 focus). Take Ether Prodigy as your elite. It is almost disgusting.
